Healthy Ragi Ball with Mutton Masala

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add ragi flour and half a liter of water into a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk thoroughly until there are no lumps in the bowl.
  3. Whisk in a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
  4. Bring an additional 500ml of water to a boil in a nonstick pan.
  5. Pour the ragi mixture into the boiling water and stir continuously as it thickens.
  6. Stir in a splash of coconut oil at the end to enhance flavor.
  7. Lightly grease a metal bowl with coconut oil.
  8. While the mixture is still warm, place a portion into the greased bowl and swirl it around to shape it into a smooth, rustic ball.
  9. Serve hot with warm mutton masala.
