Who we are

How ordering works

Placing an order on this website sends a request to the chef — you don't pay anything at checkout. The chef reviews your order and confirms it on WhatsApp (or by email if you didn't leave a phone number), together with PayNow payment details. Cooking starts once payment is received.

You can follow your order's progress at any time on the tracking page using the order number from your confirmation.

Changes & cancellations

• Before the chef accepts your order — you can cancel it yourself from the tracking page, free of charge.
• After the chef accepts— message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We'll always try to accommodate changes, but once preparation has started a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.
• If we have to cancel(for example, a slot is fully booked), we'll tell you why on WhatsApp, and anything you've already paid is refunded in full.

Refunds

If a paid order is cancelled, the full amount is returned by PayNow transfer to the account it was paid from. If an order is changed after payment and the new total is lower, the difference is refunded the same way. Refunds are sent manually by the chef — if anything looks delayed, message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Singapore dollars. Payment is by PayNow to Chemmeen Pte Ltd (UEN 202314085Z). Chemmeen Pte Ltd is not GST-registered, so no GST is charged on top of listed prices. Any delivery fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.
