Mango Passionfruit Custard Dessert

Method

  1. Prepare the biscuit base and homemade custard in a clear serving dish, layering the custard directly on top of the biscuit base.
  2. Slice the fresh passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a glass.
  3. Chop fresh mint leaves finely.
