- Place plastic wrap on a flat surface, then butterfly the chicken breast, cover it with plastic wrap, and flatten it with a mallet or rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang paste, chili flakes, freshly chopped garlic, fresh ginger paste, toasted sesame seeds, fish sauce, Chinese rice vinegar, a splash of hot water, and sriracha sauce.
