- Roast the almonds and macadamia nuts in an air fryer or oven until golden.
- Roughly chop or lightly pulse the roasted almonds, macadamia nuts, and walnuts in a food processor, keeping them chunky.
- In a large wok over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- Add the marshmallows to the melted butter.
- Squeeze in some Madagascar vanilla bean paste and add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
- Stir in the chopped macadamias, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, and walnuts.
- Add the leftover cereal and fold everything together.
