Using a mix of leftover cereals, roasted almonds, macadamias, peanuts, and nutrient-rich seeds, these bars are bound together with melted marshmallows and premium Herbal Pharm Manuka Honey. A splash of Madagascar vanilla bean paste and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt elevate the flavor profile, creating a perfectly chewy, crunchy, and wholesome treat that's ideal for a quick energy boost on the go.

Homemade Manuka Honey & Marshmallow Energy Bars

Ingredients

Method

  1. Roast the almonds and macadamia nuts in an air fryer or oven until golden.
  2. Roughly chop or lightly pulse the roasted almonds, macadamia nuts, and walnuts in a food processor, keeping them chunky.
  3. In a large wok over low heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  4. Add the marshmallows to the melted butter.
  5. Squeeze in some Madagascar vanilla bean paste and add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
  6. Stir in the chopped macadamias, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, peanuts, and walnuts.
  7. Add the leftover cereal and fold everything together.
  8. Drizzle in Herbal Pharm Manuka Honey to tie the mixture together and add a subtle sweetness.
  9. Mix thoroughly until the melted marshmallow evenly coats all the ingredients.
  10. Grease a flat baking tray with oil spray.
  11. Transfer the mixture to the tray immediately and press it down firmly with a spoon to compact it.
  12. Once set, trim the edges and slice into bar-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
