Air-Fried Crispy Soya Chunks

Method

  1. Soak the dried soya chunks in water for 1 hour, then squeeze out the excess water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric, salt, Kashmiri chili powder, and coriander powder.
  3. Add rice flour and a splash of sunflower oil to the spice mix.
  4. Toss in the soaked soya chunks and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the seasoned soya chunks into the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 190°C for approximately 20 minutes until crispy and golden.
