Air Fried Cornflake Chicken

  1. Crush the cornflakes in a tray, keeping the flakes relatively large for maximum crunch.
  2. Optional: Brine chicken breast in 1 liter of water, 25g of salt, and 25g of sugar for at least five hours to ensure juiciness.
  3. Coat each piece of marinated chicken thoroughly in the crushed cornflakes.
  4. Place the coated chicken into the air fryer basket.
  5. Lightly spray the chicken with PAM butter spray.
  6. Air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for approximately 20 minutes.
